At The India Cements Ltd, we are dedicated to ensuring that all our employees work in a safe and dignified environment. We prioritize treating our workforce with respect and professionalism. We strongly believe in encouraging an inclusive environment, where everyone can contribute to our collective success. Currently, 30.7% of our board of directors are women, totaling 4 out of 13 members. We are proud to be one among the five companies in India to have a higher representation of women in our board as highlighted in a study by Institutional Investor Advisory Services (IiAS) featured in Business Today.

Today, women comprise approximately 2.33% of our total workforce, an increase from the previous year's figure of 2%. We organize various workshops and events tailored to promote women's wellbeing, including art workshops, yoga, and Zumba sessions. Additionally, we invite girls from educational institutions to visit our manufacturing facilities across India. Our ongoing efforts are dedicated to creating a more inclusive organizational environment, guided by our Whole Time Director.
