• Material Flow Optimization: India Cements focuses on optimizing material flows to minimize waste generation and maximize resource efficiency throughout our production processes. We integrate closed-loop systems, recycling technologies, and alternative raw materials such as fly ash, slag, and chemical gypsum to reduce reliance on our limestone resources and extend the lifespan of our primary raw materials.
• Partnerships and Collaborations: Through partnerships and collaborations with other industries, we facilitate the usage of waste materials, diverting them from landfills and integrating them into our manufacturing processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement: We prioritize stakeholder engagement and advocacy to drive the adoption of circular practices. We foster dialogue with industry peers, policymakers, and communities to promote sustainable and resource-efficient manufacturing processes.

• In FY 23-24, we improved recycled materials usage to 21% from 18.5% in the previous year, demonstrating our commitment to sustainable practices.
• Reduced reliance on primary raw materials, extending their lifespan and minimizing environmental impact.
• Approximately 14150 community stakeholders have either participated/ benefited from our engagements related to environmental initiatives in the last year.
