VC & MD on 7.11.2019 visited IIT Madras and delivered the 37th Endowment Lecture on Leadership in Turbulent Times. Instituted by Employers' Federation of Southern India and  organized every year with the support of IIT M in the Campus. MBA students, faculty , EC members of EFSI and senior executives from India Cements attended the lecture. Students and participants were highly impressed with the thoughts shared by our MD. He asked the students to learn from the grit and determination of team Chennai Super Kings and their Captain, M S Dhoni. He said, "Turbulence can hit anybody. But, Dhoni and CSK dealt with it on merit and with cold blooded focus, and it took us to victory".
